Our Client Onboarding Process

Planning Fee Agreement: Before we start, we require a signed Planning Fee Agreement. This ensures our time, expertise, and resources are devoted solely to you. The fee will be credited toward your trip upon booking or compensates for the professional design work if you decide not to proceed.

Curated Itinerary Design: We create bespoke itineraries featuring luxury accommodations, transportation, curated activities, and exclusive amenities, utilizing our global partner network for VIP experiences.

Refinement & Approval: Together, we review the itinerary, making adjustments until it meets your expectations perfectly.

Seamless Booking & Coordination: We manage all bookings and payments with vetted suppliers, providing a consolidated travel package complete with documents, confirmations, and insider tips.

Pre-Departure Concierge Support: Get assistance with last-minute details, reservations, packing tips, and travel advisories.

During Your Trip: We monitor your journey and offer support for changes or special requests, ensuring a smooth experience.
